East and West terraces and unfenced garden of 3000 m² with views of the marshes.
Single storey: kitchen open to living room/lounge (convertible 160x200), 3 bedrooms including 1 with private shower (each with 140x190 bed), shower room, separate toilet and storeroom/linen room.
Equipment included: smart TV, baby bed/chair, Bluetooth speaker, wifi (fiber).
Not included: electricity, electric heating, sheets, towels, compulsory end-of-stay cleaning (80€) and tourist tax.
