"Modern, clean and well equipped villa with wonderful views. The villa is located under the owners property but was entirely separate and we were not aware of owner being there. Located in gated community. Great to have sole use of beautiful pool & bbq. Returning to England immediately after the stay we found the €800 cash deposit very inconvenient as we now have euros we can’t use, but other than that, everything was superb."

"This family-owned place has only three apartments, ten minutes walk from the beach. The lovely pool surrounded by gardens is a quiet refuge from the traffic and tourists nearby. There may be a bigger mold problem than the owner realizes. When I arrived the apartment was not cleaned for the season to at least to hide the problem. I also smelled sewage in the kitchen. "We enjoyed our stay very much. Our hosts were wonderful. However, the property is up a fairly steep hill. Being senior citizens, it was not very pleasant for us, at the end of the day, to have to climb this steep hill for about 10 minutes to reach the property. As Nice is hilly in many places, it may be typical of many properties- and nothing can be done about it."

"My family of 6 stayed here and it worked well during our visit to the south of France. The pool was great, and usually empty, the condo was clean, and the beds comfortable. It's close to town and has a grocery story within a 5 minute drive. We stayed here and explored everywhere from Antibes to the Italian Border. Internet is included and speeds were good."
