"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Joelle and Christian’s gite. Both very helpful; neither speak English but Joelle is very animated so you should get the gist of what she is saying. Location was good - easy access to Avignon, Arles, Apt etc. Lots of little cute villages to visit in the area. The gite is exactly as the photos. Very quiet and private. Secure parking onsite. Had everything we needed. The village is small, very quiet; no real vibe but Le Bistrot and the Maison de Celou are both good for dinner. Also try the “Vin + Fromage” is good for a charcuterie board and wine for lunch. Joelle is very house-proud - she will inspect the gite before you leave so make sure you get everything clean and tidy. "

"Lovely house, tastefully fitted out in a great location. Garden is scenic and fruitful at the time of our visit, Figs being plentiful. River at the end of the garden was good fun to Canoe. Swimming pool high quality. Hosts were a pleasure to deal with."

"We had a lovely 10 night stay here. The garden was massive and perfect for our dog. It was very secure. The holiday home had everything we needed and was light and airy. "This was one of the best stays we’ve had while traveling thru France . Situated on enormous property, with fruit and olive trees, play ground and pool the house is a perfect getaway that feels like visiting your family. Having a car and finding place with parking yet close enough to all desired destinations was the key. Guy (the owner)has greeted us warmly and gave the tour of the property and our room . Room is spacious, meticulously decorated and clean. The setting is so quiet that sleeping with windows open was such a welcoming thing (especially after leaving noisy Annecy). Our room had a private patio with table and lounge chairs. One night we had some wine and fruit after a busy day of site seeing. The best part of the stay was home cooked breakfast that awaited us every morning. Home made yogurt, variety’s of jam made by Guy and his wife , fresh eggs from their chickens, freshly squeezed juice, baked goods and cheeses, local sausage. Guy helped us to choose best travel itinerary and gave recommendations to restaurants and sites in the area. Also we were lucky to be the only guests in the house for the time of our stay so we felt like royals :) An amazing stay !!! Highly recommend if you are traveling in the region and having a car . "
