"Virtually everything was excellent. From the size of the unit to the materials within, we had a wonderful experience. All the contact information was great (pictures made everything easy to understand). Of note, we had a minor crisis when an electrical issue locked us out of the unit. However, within 30 minutes, an email with the owner had it resolved. Simply, we were very well attended. "Nice apartment in good location. Check-in process was easy although messages sent the day before to confirm we’re not responded to so called early on day of arrival. Apartment is definitely stylish with some unique pieces which is great but needs to get some of the basics of comfort down first. For example, instead on 6 decorative cushions on the bed, maybe invest in quality pillows for a good night’s sleep. The corkscrew provided was of such poor quality that it broke trying to open a bottle....

"Bel appartement bien situé très spacieux et lumineux Dommage que certains petits détails gâchent le tout. Pas de théière, une simple boule à thé ferait l'affaire. Rideaux de bain douteux et joints de carrelage moisis. Brosse des WC dans un état pitoyable Et pour commencer la quête de la clé s'apparente à un jeu de piste avec une épreuve de contorsion pour la récupérer. Ça dans la nuit à 23h après un long voyage c'est pas cool. Bien au global quand même. Merci"

"Pros: Nicely renovated and great location within 2 min walk to metro station. kitchen is well equipped. Cons: located on 3rd floor with no lift access. There is an elevator in the building but host does NOT provide fob key to access elevator. Host also did not provide ethernet cable to connect wifi router during the whole trip even though we asked for it multiple times a day from day 1. We went without internet the whole stay. They kept saying they will bring one by every day but never showed...
