"We arrived early, they offered to hold our luggage since the room wasn’t ready. We were upgraded, which was appreciated. The bedding was good. Shower has great water pressure. The room was comfortable and clean. A mini fridge would be perfect. The best part was the staff, everyone was nice and happy to help when needed, especially Thibault and Majda. "We booked this hotel for its location - 5 minutes from the Lyon train station and Metro. We were very pleasantly surprised by it's attractive exterior & lobby, and welcoming staff. We found several restaurants nearby to choose from for dinner, and slept very comfortably in the cozy but well-appointed room. The shower was great, and the bathroom & bedroom were immaculate. Definitely would choose this hotel again!"
