"My hopes were not too high due to previous reviews, but i was pleasantly surprised The room was small if spending more time there, but 1 night only it was fine. I noticed immediately how spotlessly clean everything was. The bathroom especially, under the bright lights The service was ok in the bar around 11.30pm. But the best thing was when i got into bed. The sheets were starched but the bottom sheet was silky. The pillows plump and smelt so clean, I felt so cozy The towels were also clearly super clean. (I used the reception toilets whilst waiting for my lift - you could have had a meal off the floors) My only problem was the breakfast. The service was less than friendly, (i spoke both French and English because i didnt feel understood - no, it seems the 2 waiters weren't very friendly/outgoing) the offerings were not plentiful -2 fruits in a fruit salad!, no saucers, no teaspoons, half a cup of coffee, congealed eggs, rubber looking mushrooms- i wont go on. It wasnt worth 24 CHF imo WOULD I STAY THERE AGAIN? YES, but i would go to a boulangerie for breakfast The night receptionist loaned me a Samsung plug because i couldnt find my English/Swiss adaptor, so that was very helpful "

"Th is hotel is rated as a three-star, and it felt like a true three-star experience. It’s about a 15-minute walk from the bus station, making it a convenient location. The room was clean and well-maintained, and I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious bathroom. The hotel also has an elevator, which was helpful for handling luggage. One thing to note is that the luggage storage is in a public area, so there is a possibility that someone could access the bags since it’s not in a secure location. However, I personally had no issues with my belongings. Overall, it was a comfortable and well-kept hotel, and I had a good stay."

"My family and I stayed here for a couple weeks two years ago, and were so thoroughly happy, that we decided to take a small detour on our skiing trip to sleep in Geneva just because we knew this hotel was a sure stay. Still as wonderful as when we first stayed here. Will be coming back every time we visit Geneva!! Wonderful staff and beyond clean! "
