The apartment, located on the first floor of a strategic building in the center, has an independent entrance on the ground floor and a second access to the first floor through the building which allows it to enjoy from a position in the heart of the resort at 360 degrees (access to the piste area, activities and ski lifts by the lower access and open out in the center on the avenue of restaurants and shops by the upper access!) .

Entrance on the ground floor
Which is independent from the rest of the building allows you quick access (150 steps) to the ski slopes and activities of the resort.
Several free parking spaces are available right in front of this entrance.
The rest of the apartment is on the upper floor, at the top of a Luzerne stone and wood staircase.
The ground floor has a depot where you can leave your ski, snowboard, bicycle or other equipment. For your ski boots, the depot is equipped with a heating system for the latter with hot air and a timer.

The living room, furnished with a coffee table (mobile on wheels), a large and a small office table with a small laptop (available), a library where you will find filing cabinets with detailed explanations of all the accessories of the apartment and a selection of a few books and magazines. A large corner sofa (200 x 280), also handcrafted in Lebanese cedar and convertible into two single beds or a double bed (160 x 200). If it is necessary to transform the sofa into a bed, it is possible to comfortably store the cushions of the sofa in a space provided for this purpose under the beds.

Entrance on the first floor
This allows you to reach the interior of the building from the central avenue (Avenue de la Muzelle) thereby directly accessing the center of restaurants and shops.
In this entrance are two large wardrobes with sliding doors mirrored at any height. These are fitted with drawers, various storage spaces and wooden hangers.
A third technical cabinet is a spacious depot and contains the taps for the various cold and hot water services. In a fourth small corner mirror cabinet, you will find the vacuum cleaner.
In front of this entrance, under an original coat hanger, awaits you a large wooden chest decorated with rosettes from the Val Varaita
The utility room is equipped with a washing machine (8 liters), a room laundry basket, an ironing board, a drying rack, an iron and a shelf.

A sauna (250 x 150) made of red alder, abacus and old beams. It has a high seat (250 x 50) and a low bed (250 x 90). To ensure maximum relaxation, anatomical headrests, the traditional water tank, an hourglass, a thermometer and a hygrometer are available.
Also in the bathroom you can enjoy a very special moment of relaxation thanks to the floating bathtub, built to ensure with around thirty cm of water, absolute relaxation in the absence of weight and a pleasant sensory isolation.
To conclude the wellness equipment, the cover of the floating bathtub which can be rolled out thanks to a switch, is a lounge chair in cedar and Lebanese cedar where you can lie down to savor these moments of relaxation for a few moments after a sauna or steam room while listening to your favorite music.
A bathrobe for each occupant, a hair dryer, towels and slippers are available. Shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and bath salts are also provided and are exclusively ORGANIC products.
Finally, the bathroom is naturally equipped with a bin, a toilet, a bidet, a stone sink and various free surfaces to dispose of your toilet bags and accessories.

A large sink in the fixed part, another smaller sink in the cooking island, a water purification and ionization system which makes it possible to have filtered water and to vary the pH at will, a ventilated oven and steam, a dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer, several drawers-cold room for fruit and vegetables thanks to a forced ventilation system that takes the air from outside, a coffee - tea - chocolate machine - cappuccino with automatic dosing of the amount of water, a hand blender and a blender.
The plates are induction and naturally a complete endowment of suitable pots and pans is present.

The backrest of the inclined bed for more comfort, the memory foam mattress and the illumination filtered by the two panoramic glass tables that decorate the walls, make it a real love nest with a tender and warm atmosphere.
It also has fixed cedar seats, coat hangers and bedside tables.
In addition, the box spring lifts up to provide additional storage space and the back of the bed hides another.

The electrical system is home automation and includes the availability of French, Italian, German, Swiss, and English power outlets.
It is possible to control all the lights, the music and the various functions of the apartment by an iPhone provided or directly by the numerous switches present on the walls.
A switch (in each entrance and in the bedroom) signaled by a purple rhinestone allows to embrace in one go all the lights of the apartment and the music, once lying or ready to go out.
In addition, there is a laptop computer permanently connected to the internet, but it is also possible to connect other devices to a password-protected wifi network.
