"Well equipped and relaxing. We had a nice quiet stay here in between visiting Switzerland for my daughters wedding and then going on to Normandy for a few days before heading back home. "The gite was very modern, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. However, there were one or two things that would make the stay easier. There was no iron or ironing board and no oven gloves for the oven and no manuals/instructions for appliances e.g. television, oven etc! Again, no provision of things we have had in most other gites and which make life easier like kitchen roll and foil. However, irritating though these things were, the modern comfortable gite made up for them to...

"We loved staying in the house of Pascal, everything was perfect organized, we were welcomed by Agnes, the communication with the owner was very good. The house was cosy and complete, the outside was perfect, many chairs, we had very good weather. A backery and supermarket were nearby. We will come back. "We wanted a place away from the urban area and this farm house didn’t disappointed us. It is a lovely house made of beautiful and expensive wood. We had to go through very adventurous mountain roads which we loved. Good facilities to have for a self catering location. Don’t expect a big market within few miles in the area. The owner Mr Burger who also lives next door has a very friendly and good personality."

Grundsätzlich alles OK, wenn da nicht die Agentur HEIWA House wäre. Deren Service existiert eigentlich gar nicht. äusserst kompliziertes Check-in, kein persönlicher Kontakt zur Agentur, man wird laufend mit x-Mail bombardiert und liest offenbar die gesandten Antworten nicht.
