"The property is delightfully situated, in the grounds of the owners house. They were very pleasant and helpful. On arrival the property was spotlessly clean, it is well equipped. So much to see in the area. The Owners Direct site needs to be amended on page 5 where it states Air conditioning which it does not have, also towels provided, this would be at extra cost. "Bon rapport qualité/prix. Propriétaire agréable, cependant la propreté du logement n'était pas optimale et la piscine était vraiment froide alors que c'était la raison principale de notre réservation, mais nous nous y sommes baignés au début seulement et pour la suite nous sommes allés à la plage car l'océan nous semblait moins froid. Dommage. Sinon on a bien profité du court de tennis en famille, et l'environnement est très calme. "

"Nous sommes arrivés le vendredi soir pour un week-end familial près de La Rochelle. Après des échanges durant la semaine pour organiser notre arrivée, et l'envoi d'un mail d'explication de Madame JOURDAIN. L'arrivée à été conforme à ce qui avait été convenu. Accueil très chaleureux. Madame JOURDAIN a été disponible tout le week-end si besoin. Le logement, propre et adapté pour toute la famille correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. Le petit plus pour les enfants (et les grands), le jardin...

"La location est spacieuse, super propre et très bien équipée. La propriétaire, très discrète, est cependant présente en cas de besoin. Le petit jardinet est clos et sans aucun vis-à-vis. Nous avons passé 15 jours au calme. Une location très bien située pour pouvoir profiter de la mer, de belles balades dans les marais salants et aussi visiter Fouras, La Rochelle, Rochefort..."

"Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und ruhige Woche im Appartement. Alles war wie beschrieben. Der Pool war immer verfügbar und hatte eine gute Wasserqualität. Leider konnte ich den Host nach unserem Verlassen nicht mehr erreichen. Ich hatte etwas Werthaltiges in der Unterkunft vergessen. Es wäre schön und wichtig, bitte noch einmal Kontakt aufzunehmen."

"The property was just what we wanted as a base in La Flotte to discover Ile de Re. It was clean, quiet and in easy reach of the town and harbour. Most other villages were easily reached on cycles hired from our excellent host Jean Michel. Merci beaucoup!!"

"In a quiet area within easy walking of city centre, beaches, local shops. Could have been better if there was a bit more information about getting around eg buses, ferries, bikes etc. Staff always polite. "

"Fantastic hotel in beautiful La Rochelle . Stayed here twice , once going south then on return. Brilliant location with short walk into town. Staff amazing , very friendly and customer focused. The rooms were stunning and parking very easy and secure. Will use this hotel on all future stays in La Rochelle ."
