Poor
Noisy, cramped, beds with missing slats, bunk beds block front door (which is major hazard if there is a fire), no kettle when it is supposed to have one, toaster sets bread on fire, balcony room has poor fitting windows so is freezing unless heating is cranked up. Only the shower was good. Left after a few days and went to a hotel nearby. Stayed all over VT over past 30 years and this was worst place I have stayed.

One of the sofa beds was broken, we called every single day if it could get fixed but they never send anyone to repaired. Moreover, they gave us dirty and less bed sheets and towels that we rented and no clean ones were provided regardless of them saying they would. Moreover, when there was no electricity in the property they didn’t help us to fix it, we had sleep without heating at -13C. As well as all our food going bad due to this.

A bit old and worn down apartment. But everything working ok. Still no heat, so one of the bed(rooms) were too cold. No ski locker available (the ski locker connected to the apartment was there but we had no access to it). And it was not allowed to wear ski boots and bring skies to the apartment. Which you … had to do. I had communication with the residence before arriving but when I was there the service on hotels.com for connecting with them was unavailable…also didn’t answer the phone (had to find a email address online.). All in all the residence-experience not top notch, but we were not spending many hours a day there, so ok. Slopes just outside main entrance and apartment located in the middle of everything! ☺️
