be at the 6 th floors of the residence in the Preyerand district sarvan this 19m2 apartment snowflake three labeled and quiet, completely renovated in October 2014. Mountain View. Consists of: 1 bedroom with separate overlay, a kitchenette, a seating area with sofa bed express 140, (all beds with new bedding slats), WC and bathroom, tv internet phone with Freebox, oven, dishwasher and freezer with direct access to ski lockers on the slopes and in the 3 valleys, large free car park at the foot of the residence. 5 mn from the resort center (Croisette), sports center, daycare pool, ski school, cinema and shops. Important activities on the station.

Cosy place
We only stayed in the residence to sleep & shower. It was perfect for it. When you want to cook, you'll have to get the sheets of the sofa-bed, make the table, ... . To be honest, it's not useful for more than 2 people, but for 2 people who like to eat outside, this is perfect. Really like the place, booked it again for next year

small apartment with problems
very very small, photos taken very well to make it seem larger. toilet in a bad location, sewer smell in the bathroom. Very weird even maybe dangerous shower connection. No internet even though the advertisement says it does have internet, you have to fold the table away every night to be able to sleep

Bon emplacement pour le ski. Petit appartement conviendrait pour 1 couple et 1 enfant maximum ou 2 adultes mais pas plus. Aurait besoin d'une rénovation. Repenser agencement de l'électroménager (four trop haut). Fixer le lit superposé au mur (dangereux sur le lit du haut). Changer les huisseries (pas de double vitrage). Revoir le radiateur qui ne chauffe pas très bien : un peu juste si grand froid. Super accueil de Delphine et son mari (gestionnaires).

Appartement bien équipé et très bien placé
Malgré des petits couacs concernant la procédure de départ (des malentendus dirions-nous), notre séjour dans l’appartement s’est très bien déroulé. Petit, surtout pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants de 9 et 10 ans mais on le savait, il est bien équipé et pratique. L’emplacement dans la station est top. Au vu du prix, nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Quelques points à corriger
Charmant petit appartement mais quelques points à corriger. L'annonce indiquait la Wifi mais surprise à notre arrivée, il n'y en avait pas. Le clic-clac est à changer, impossible de l'ouvrir le 1er soir. Une personne a dû venir nous aider. Et chaque soir, il fallait s'allonger sur le sol et pousser avec les pieds pour réussir à l'ouvrir. Mais le matelas est très bon. Nous y avons bien dormi. Il manque une couette pour une housse de 2 personnes. Le four micro-onde est trop haut. Il faut monter sur une chaise peu stable pour sortir les plats chauds. C'est assez dangereux. Les lits superposés ne sont pas fixés au mur, ce n'est pas très stable. Notre semaine s'est malgré tout très bien passée. L'endroit est très calme. Les échanges avec le propriétaires sont très cordiaux. Nous recommandons cette location après quelques petits arrangements.

Bon séjour aux Ménuires
Appartement tout confort, bien pour 2 personnes et pour famille avec enfants en bas âges, car très peu de place dans la pièce principale. Sinon, équipement complet (vaisselle, lave-vaisselle, frigidaire, congélateur, ...), bonne décoration intérieure et salle de bain avec une douche assez grande et un bon débit d'eau chaude. Enfin, dernier bon point, les casiers à skis sont situés juste à côté de l'entrée où l'on chausse les skis.

Séjour du 8 au 22 Janvier 2022. Deux personnes la première semaine.Studio 19 m² bien dimensionné pour deux personnes.Équipement idéal (lave vaisselle et congélateur) rarement vu dans ce type de studio. Vaste sous-sol chauffé avec des bancs pour chausser . Local à ski pour quatre paires de ski. Situé juste au bord de la piste Bettex. Rapport qualité/prix excellent. N'hésitez pas!

Une arnaque (a scam), une saleté indescriptible
Nous sommes arrivés dans l'appartement le 18 décembre 2021 pour un séjour d'une semaine. L'appartement était dans un état de délabrement indescriptible : des sortes de puces en quantité et gisant mort à même le sol, des toilettes particulièrement sales avec des poils et du pipi très visible à différents endroits, des cheveux et des poils en quantité sur les taies d'oreillers et les couvertures, des sortes de bestioles sur le couvre canapé, et d'autres choses, .... . Nous avons contacté immédiatement le propriétaire pour lui demander de faire intervenir d'urgence une société de nettoyage spécialisée et on lui a envoyé des photos, il n'a rien voulu entendre et nous a même accusé d'essayer de l'arnaquer. Abritel a essayé d'intervenir auprès du propriétaire, et je suis dans l'attente du dénouement de cette affaire. Nous avons refusé de dormir dans cet appartement tellement c'était dégoutant sans compter le risque potentiel de punaises de lit qui n'était pas à exclure. Nous sommes partis et avons passé une première nuit à l'hôtel (une nuit de galères), puis chez un résident des Menuires pendant 2 jours. Enfin, nous avons pu louer un appartement pour 5 nuits grâce à l'office du tourisme. Je ne recommande pas du tout ce bien.

Très bon séjour
Petite surface mais appartement très fonctionnel et propre non loin du centre de la station. Stationnement facile à l'extérieur non loin de la résidence, calme et bien entretenue. Appartement au dernier étage, bien isolé thermiquement comme phoniquement (pas de bruit de voisinage, ni écoulements d'eau). L'existence d'un petit balcon permet de stocker dehors ce qui ne craint pas le gel et l'humidité. Il y a assez d'eau chaude pour 4 personnes pour une douche standard chacun. Les rangements sont suffisants et pratiques. L'équipement cuisine est bien fourni, avec un petit lave-vaisselle et un appareil à raclette, et un autre à fondue, très appréciables à la montagne. Le canapé-lit n'est pas vraiment intuitif à déplier le premier soir, il faut le manoeuvrer par l'arrière. La clé de l'appartement ouvre également le casier à skis, ce qui permet de remonter les mains libres. Une deuxième clé fournie serait parfaite lorsque tout le monde ne skie pas en même temps ou quand un membre de la famille ne skie pas du tout, chacun étant autonome, notamment au niveau du casier à skis. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Merci!
