This 24 m2 apartment is located on the 4th floor of a very well maintained residence, with a magnificent panoramic view of the Cimes of Val Thorens (and in particular the Cime Caron) in the Reberty 1850 district in Les Menuires, station in the heart of the ski area of the 3 valleys.

The apartment is exposed to the South-East / South, it benefits from a privileged exposure which makes it very bright and sunny.

Located 150 m from the blue slope "les Boyes" (easy access by small footpath and return to the ski locker "ski-in ski-out") and a treadmill "beginner's area" are located very close to the residence.

In addition, children can fully enjoy the joys of sledding, making snowmen and snowball battles directly at the foot of the residence in complete safety.

A large free parking lot at the foot of the residence will allow you to easily park your vehicle.

Need to recharge your batteries in the mountains .... change your air and relax ... do not hesitate any longer, you will spend magical moments!

The decor in the chalet cooconing atmosphere is warm, wood, parquet, fabrics and decorations chosen with care ... in the mountain spirit ...

A fully separable bedroom area:
the bedroom with its double bed (140 * 190), its closet, access to the balcony and a television.

The living room:
Very bright with a lounge area with pull-out sofa, the dining area and an open kitchen very well equipped. A TV is also available in this room.
Several closets will allow you to easily store your belongings.

The living room overlooks the open kitchen area, the view is clear and superb on the panorama of the peaks of Val Thorens.

A modern and functional bathroom equipped with a large 140 * 80 shower, a washbasin, a suspended toilet and an electric towel dryer.
Everything is designed to combine aesthetics, comfort and functionality!

Lovely, clean, well designed apartment. Newly refurbished to a high spec. Vast amount of facilities to cook if needed. Restaurants and shops close by. Communication good. Had a lovely stay. We would highly recommend this apartment.

We had a great week at the apartment. The location is perfect for exploring Les Menuires as well as the neighboring towns. The apartment is very clean and cozy and had everything we needed. I hope we have a chance to stay there again!

We have just spent the Christmas period in this beautiful little apartment. Perfect for the three of us. Well equipped with everything we needed. Modern bathroom with an excellent shower. Easy access to the slopes. Bus service on our doorstep. Would highly recommend, hopefully return soon.

Jolie appart décoré avec goût conforme à l’annonce. Très calme et bien agencé, vous trouverez tous ce qu’il vous faut. Accès rapide aux pistes et navette de bus gratuite pour la station Croisette. Très gentille et accueillante propriétaire ! Ce fut un super séjour malgré la météo capricieuse.

EXCELLENT SEJOUR!
Appartement agréable, bien agencé et très complet, décoration soignée, cuisine et accessoires ménagers en excellent état, salle de bain très agréable. Un petit espace sympathique et bien pensé... Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le grand frigo congélateur, la machine à laver qui est un vrai plus pour les vacanciers, le four traditionnel en plus du microondes et la télévision dans la chambre. Ce sont des détails qui font toute la différence!!! Etant nous-mêmes professionnels dans le secteur de la location saisonnière, nous ne pouvons que féliciter et remercier les propriétaires pour le soin apporté à ce petit cocon, la propreté du lieu et leur accueil. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Très bel appartement
Appartement tout à fait conforme à la description, idéal pour un couple. Il est très bien équipé, fonctionnel, très propre et offre une jolie vue sans vis-à-vis. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la décoration cocooning. La propriétaire s’est montrée très attentionnée et réactive lors de nos échanges. Le parking au pied de la résidence est appréciable. Les pistes de ski sont accessibles en quelques minutes et le retour «skis aux pieds » est possible lorsque le chemin est enneigé (ce n’était pas le cas au début de notre séjour). La résidence est située légèrement au-dessus du quartier Reberty 1850 et celui-ci est accessible en 5 min à pieds (supérette, location de matériel, borne skipass, bar/restaurant...). Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et nous recommandons vivement ce logement.
