Appartement très viellot,très mal équipé au niveau ustensiles de cuisine,couvertures poussièreuses, fenêtre vers le balcon doit être réparée, volet électrique ne fonctionne pas,2 trousseaux de clés avec 1 seule clé sur les 6 permettant d'ouvrir l'appartement, une autre donnant accès au local armoires à ski dans lequel l'appartement ne possède pas d'armoire, dans l'immeuble en général, aucune indication sur les portes il faut se débrouiller par essais-erreurs Bref appartement à ne plus louer!
