The 6m x 2.80m salt pool has a protection system to standards, however it is not supervised and remains under the full responsibility of the tenant who will have to ensure the supervision of children.

Out of respect for the neighborhood, parties or events are not allowed.
The house might not be suitable for children from 1 year to 10 years old as the staircase does not have railings. If, however, this does not represent a brake for you, they will be welcome.
