Le Solaire - Studio Apartment, Sleeps 2

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Les Angles, this charming studio with ski resort accessible on foot, of a surface of 24 m ² and being able to accomodate until 2 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 24 m², an open kitchen equipped, a bathroom and you can enjoy a balcony facing south with a view of the lake of Matemale. We are waiting for you!

The housing is composed as follows:
- A living room of 24 m² with TV, two double sofa beds and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, pod coffee maker...
- A bathroom with bathtub, towel dryer and toilet.

Exterior:
- A balcony of about 3m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners decided to invest in the following additional equipment: hairdryer, electric room fragrance, a card game, a plaid, and a high chair for babies.

Neighborhood:
The accommodation is located in a quiet and pleasant area with a view of the mountains and the lake, close to the slopes and all amenities: bakery, butcher's shop, convenience store, stores, restaurants, bars, market... Drop your car, you can do everything on foot!

The apartment was exactly as described and the view from the window was amazing. The kitchen is very well equipped.. the only downside was that it could have been cleaner. Having said that I'd definitely come back."

Le Solaire "🙂 L'emplacement dans la station est très chouette, la vue sur le lac et le parking sont des bonus appréciables. Appartement dog friendly, amis des poilus, n'hésitez pas. Nous connaissions bien la station mais pas ce quartier, c'est très très calme, parfait pour se ressourcer et se déconnecter. Accès au centre ville en quelques minutes à pieds, proche commodités et restaurants. Vous pouvez aussi cuisiner dans l'appartement sans problème pour plus d'autonomie. Tout le confort est présent (micro onde, sèche cheveux, aspirateur, condiments et papier toilette sopalin) La station des Angles est parfaite pour randonner, profiter du bike park (pour les débutants et les confirmés) et point très positif elle est plutôt dog friendly ce qui permet de prendre votre Wawa avec vous partout (meme dans les télécabines pour profiter de departs de randonnées variés) 🙁 L'ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas et c'est assez dommage pour un appartement au 3eme étage avec un vélo de VTT descente a monter et descendre chaque jour ( courses, affaires diverses lorsqu'un arrive et repart). Nous avons sûrement manqué de chance sur le timing. Le mobilier pourrait être un poil optimisé pour gagner de la place et permettre de se mouvoir plus librement dans l'appartement a plusieurs Bref de menus détails, rien qui n'aurait gâché nos vacances"

Son logement est idéalement situé, le studio cabine est bien équipé, confortable et pratique l'agencement permet de manger bien installés sans avoir à refermer le canapé lit. Le studio est correctement chauffé avec en plus un chauffage d'appoint qui n'est pas nécessaire, la cuisine est fonctionnelle tout y est et pour les sanitaires l'eau toujours très chaude. Je garde l'adresse car je vais régulièrement aux Angles et je recommande, vous pouvez y aller en toute tranquillité. Très jolie vue sur les cols enneigés 🙁 rien à redire"
