"Great hotel"

"Nice swimming pool and big clean room with big bathroom (we had a family studio). Staff very friendly and big underground car park available on site. The only thing is that given the location you need the car to go out for dining, shopping and to the beach, but this goes without saying if you look at where the hotel is located on the map."

"The staff at Heliotel are the best: helpful, informative, professional, brand loyal and discreet. Check in was seamless and staff dealt with a few room issues well and fairly. Customer service must be their goal which is superb. From the cleaning staff to the front desk, the staff are superb. Over a decade of coming here for often long periods, the staff and service at Heliotel make my decision to return easy. The apartment in November was warm. My Internet went down but within an hour was fixed...
