"Als wir ankamen, fanden wir eine dreckige Wohnung vor. Die alte Bettwäsche war noch drauf, Wohnung unordentlich, Küche, Böden und Bad, Kühlschrank unsauber und überall noch private Sachen verteilt. Wir konnten unsere Sachen nicht auspacken, da die Kleiderschränke mit privater Kleidung belegt war. Die Fenster gingen in zwei Schlafzimmern nicht zu öffnen. Licht ging im Flur und in einem Zimmer nicht. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen waren unsauber. Wir haben die Vermieterin sofort kontaktiert. Sie...

"We stayed at Hällsvik for seven days after five days in Stockholm. The accommodation is of an exceptional standard, and in an amazing location for the local beach, access to the Gothenberg archipelagos and the centre of Gothenberg it’s self. We have fallen madly in love with Gothenberg and will be back! The hosts were friendly, helpful and accommodating, and shared great ideas of what to do in the region."

Auch als Ausgangsort, um in der Natur zu wandern, bietet sich die Unterkunft an. Der Internetauftritt entspricht der Realität. Für uns war der 14tägige Aufenthalt sehr gelungen."

Man sollte unbedingt wissen, dass man Bettwäsche und Handtücher selbst mitbringen muss und die Endreinigung vom Mieter selbst durchzuführen ist. Dementsprechend sollte man sich drauf einstellen bei Ankunft erst einmal zu putzen, damit man sich wohl fühlen kann. Dadurch ist es aber alles in allem etwas schmandig überall im Haus. "Sture hat mich und meinen Hund super in Empfang genommen und mir das Gefühl gegeben willkommen zu sein. Leider ist das Bad für mich etwas zu klein gewesen und auch mit Hund in dem Zimmer ist es etwas beengend. Ansonsten ist die Lage traumhaft, der Garten ziemlich schön und ich hatte das Gefühl jederzeit in Kontakt treten zu können. "

We were not even informed about the chemical toilet via our booking portal. It is in a kind of storage room in the house and has to be emptied regularly by the tenants. It smells in the house...
