From Lerici peer easy ferry boat connections to 5 Terre by and Portovenere, or by car (45 minutes to Riomaggiore) or by train from La Spezia Station (10 minutes La Spezia- Riomaggiore then Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza and Monterosso). On the east side f the gulf: the village of Tellaro and the beaches of Baia Blu, Venere Azzurra and Fiasherino, the lost village of Montemarcello, Bocca di Magra and the medieval city of Sarzana.
