"It was kinda in the middle of the boonies. But has amazing views. Staff has a hard time speaking english but we found a way to understand each other. Overall had a lovely experience. Make sure you make transportation plans in advance it is impossible to find a taxi and buses will not get you to this location. "

"We loved our stay! Elisa was the consumate host. We loved the peace of our apartment and the ability to cook. Elisa directed us to great food options as well. Our trip to Spoleto and Rasiglia were fantastic! The wine tasting with Danielle was great, they have fantastic wines. We are white wie lovers and the Spolentino grape is superb! They also have a great Savignon Blanc with San Giovese grapes. We will be back! Bello!"

It's easily accessible to Rome and we often drove to Ribbibia Metro station which was an hours drive and then 20mins into the heart of Rome. Also an hour's drive to HydroMania water park. The local village of Casaproto was about 5 mins walk and was a beautiful local village. The property itself was traditional and on the basic side, but cosy none-the-less. "The location was excellent. The apartment was very comfortable, the patio was lovely, the lighting was very good, the kitchen was well-equipped, communication with management was prompt and effective. We took their advice about getting monthly parking and were glad that we did. Note: it's a walk up 2 flights, which was fine with us, the silverware/pots and overall could have been cleaner. A neighbor's TV could be heard in the breakfast nook and kitchen, but the apartment was otherwise quiet."
