"This hotel is in an amazing location and is beautiful but what stood out the most was the service and attention given to guests. Everyone at the front desk was kind and welcoming. Jose Luis, Isaac, Ariel and the rest of the team really know hospitality and how to treat guests and make you feel welcome. Ana Yancy was also very helpful, professional and kind. We definitely will stay here again when visiting Leon!!"

"First off, nobody speaks any English, so make sure your Spanish is good. The rooms, furniture and fixtures were highly used at best. There was only intermittent water made available for drinking and I had to go to the nearby hostel to fill my water bottle. Meal service was shaky and the staff seemed put out every time you asked for something. Though breakfast was included you have to ask for a voucher each morning from the receptionist who is never there. They also did not seem to offer any type...

"I enjoyed my stay at Nayal Lodge. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach and you can see a beautiful sunset from the beachfront. I appreciate the cozy nature of the Lodge with only 4 rooms for a quiet and peaceful experience. Catalina and Jose were wonderful hosts, very accommodating and because they live on the property, it gives a very personal touch. The food is very tasty! "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Sleeping Dog. The room was a good size and all the beds were new and comfortable. The kitchen was large and clean and perfect for self catering and there was a nice area to eat or chill. Breakfast pancakes went down a treat and the management and staff were all friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to all."
