"This is a comfortable cabin that has everything you need. It is set back off the road and is very peaceful and quiet. The porch is so inviting for morning coffee or a late afternoon beverage. If you are exploring Shenandoah National Park, this cabin is SO close. "My husband and I went to Charlottesville to celebrate our 20th anniversary. We found this charming little cabin and booked it. Our hosts were very nice, and Ken worked so hard to shovel snow out of the drive before we arrived. The cabin was perfect for the 2 of us. It was a bit farther out than I realized when I made the reservation, but the bathroom is on the same level as the bedrooms, and that, along with the fireplace, sealed the deal! "

Although, it was a bit more in the woods and up into the mountain than I had realized (people were not kidding when they said to make sure you have 4 wheel drive) it was a really great stay for us.
