"If you don't golf, we would not recommend staying at this property. When we arrived it was quite crowded and it was not easy to park. We had to get a second room, as the first one was a climb of several flights of stairs. The restaurant food was nothing to write home about. We stayed here thinking it would be convenient to the Travemunde ferry, which it was not. It was quite far away. Again, if you don't golf, don't stay here is all I can say. Not worth it. "

"There are three aspects that make this property absolutely outstanding: 1. The view from the room is simply sensational. Sitting on the balcony taking in the beach and the sea is sublime. 2. The spa. Where do you get three large saunas and a pool? Very enjoyable. 3. The breakfast is top notch. It might feel a bit busy, but once you sit next to the window overlooking there beach, all is forgotten. The buffet offers all the trimmings and the omelette was just right. "

"Last minute booking for a weekend and late arrival at night. Didn’t see the owners but they left the key and clear instructions. Great stay !"

"A bit mixed. Lovely setting, nice traditional hotel, good pool area, good staff, breakfast great, has some parking, good food in the evening too. However room was a bit dated, dark (not enough lights), noisy people above, creaky bed, shower small. And they seemed under-staffed in the restaurant. They did however provide two very good meals for us "

"You must check in before 10pm. I arrived late and only got in by sheer luck. With my flight to Hamburg I could not have arrived any earlier. Basic but clean and functional room. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff."
