We loved our stay! The house was clean and nicely decorated. We loved all the little touches that made it a home. The outdoor space was great as well. We enjoyed having a campfire and roasting marshmallows at the fire pit. We would definitely stay again!

The cottage was fabulous. Beautifully decorated and all the essentials you would need. We enjoyed the fire pit and roasting s’mores which the host so generously supplied. It was exceptionally clean and we enjoyed our morning coffee out on the porch. Definitely 5 star

Lovely property!
We loved the beautifully appointed cottage! The grounds were scenic and our grandson loved to visit us there. Absolutely recommend it. We are trying to talk our son and his new wife to have a “mini-moon” at the cottage.

A Must Stay
We rented this cottage during the Thanksgiving holiday and couldnt be more pleased. Randy and Debra were the perfect hosts. The cottage was clean, almost like new, convenient , private and beautiful. The pricing is comparable with other places but in our experience rises above all the others. The surrounding area has anything you could need and the scenery is beautiful. Definitely recommend it and will probably stay here each time we come to Tennessee.

Private location but not scarily secluded
Perfect place for our family of 4, including 2 teen girls. Clean, comfortable, new with everything needed. Very welcoming. Nice decor. Quiet surroundings for a short trail stroll. We visited Cades Cove (Smoky Mntns), Knoxville and Nashville in the opposite direction, so good location. Awesome communication with hostess.

Perfect Cottage!
Absolutely beautiful place on nice property! The cottage was decorated so cute and extremely clean. Beds are very comfy. Love all of the extra amenities that were provided. I contacted the owner to let her know that the remote to the TV was not properly working, but we didn’t mind it b/c we watched very little TV. She immediately goes and buys a new one and brings it to us. Can’t wait to stay here again soon!

AMAZING
The place was so adorable and comfortable. Also very well appointed with plenty of paper products and dish soap, laundry pods and dishwasher pods and trash bags. The setting of the place is back off the road up on a lovely hill in a clearing w a yard surrounded mostly by woods. Was so nice to sit on front porch and listen to the birds and watch the squirrels. Saw a deer pounce by the side window one day. One early morning my husband sat on the front porch and enjoyed watching a thunderstorm. Host very communicative and responsive. Had a couple very minor issues that were handled asap. Would stay again and recommend this place without hesitation. Pics of place very accurate.

Everything was as listed online. Overall great. Super quiet. Nobody bothered us. Very clean. The owner clearly cares about the renter's experience. I only give it a 4.8 as nothing is perfect. One room had some lady bugs which it is that time of year, and it is indeed off from the main road so there was a question of whether we were going to the right place. However, thereafter it was obvious to find. Overall, would stay there again.

Peaceful RETREAT! WOW!
This was much more than a place to sleep at night. It was a home away from home! The two bedroom cottage” located at the top of the property was decked out in style, and provided all the kitchen, bath and laundry supplies you could need (plus many extra little special touches!). Clean, comfortable, cozy and welcoming, it was a most wonderful spot to stay or return to each day! And the indoor delights were just a start. Outside surprises included sitting on the wide front porch, walking the little property trails, watching the birds, and the sunrises and sunsets, visiting the chickens, and last but not least, sitting out at the fire pit strung with overhead lights roasting marshmallows! This place is a real delight to the soul! Thank you Randy and Debra, we loved our stay😍, it was a real Tennessee welcome!

A Relaxing Getaway
We loved staying at this cottage. It was so welcoming at the end of each day. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The environment of trees and nature surrounding us was so relaxing. Spent so much time on the porch for morning coffee and afternoon wine. Debra and Randy were wonderful hosts and kind people. We plan on coming back sometime soon!

Cozy Relaxing Cottage
An amazing cottage on a beautiful wooded estate! Taking a morning walk on the path through the woods or sitting by the fire pit at night made for a relaxing and tranquil experience. The owners were a pleausre to work with and very customer oriented. They provided top of the line amenities which made our stay very pleasant. This is the property to book when visiting the Lenoir City, TN area!
