"Cottage appeared to be a bit outdated on the outside, however the room and kitchenette was clean and nice. Staff are friendly and willing to help. Location is great - close to the beach and national historic sites. "

"We had a pleasant overnight stay in the autumn off-season. Our room and the Inn were very quiet, especially with few other guests. It is an old building with some oddities of slightly sloping/uneven floors. However, this just gave it more character and it seems to fit very well with the Green Gables history of the Cavendish area. "Incredible stay. You have your own house. Spotlessly clean and updated. We were so impressed. Fire pit, large deck, parking on lot, washer/dryer and a dishwasher; we stayed in cottage #18. It was Fall and after mid October so the pool was closed. Grocery store just up the road. Anne of Green Gables museum 5 minutes away. You will not be disappointed. Can’t say enough good things about this property. We’ll be back. "

"If you're looking for a place to sleep, enjoy the the area of Cavendish without a bunch of tourists, then book this place in September. It's not fancy, but you get a bed, a bathroom and a very friendly chef for the free breakfast. "
