The check-in was awkward & lengthy as the front desk is unattended. If I had booked directly, I believe it would have been more straightforward. The room was very clean & the breakfast buffet was much better than expected.

Comfortable hotel with good range of facilities
The hotel was very welcoming. We had a comfortable and well equipped room with a good view of the mountains. The swimming pool was very appreciated too.

Wir haben im September eine Nacht hier geschlafen. Die Rezeption war aufgrund von Personalmangel nicht besetzt, es lag nur ein Zettel und Schlüssel auf dem Tisch, wir haben uns aber trotzdem einigermaßen zurecht gefunden. Das Zimmer/Gebäude ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Frühstück war gut, aber es hat nur eine Dame dort gearbeitet die für alles zuständig war. Diese Dame war sehr freundlich aber etwas gestresst (Personalmangel). Draußen gibt es im Sommer eine große Park Fläche die Kostenlos ist.

Neu renoviertes Hotel in gutem Zustand, sehr zentral gelegen grad neben dem Bahnhof. Keine eigene Rezeption, diese ist in einem anderen Hotel in der Nähe untergebracht, und das Frühstock gab es nochmals in einem anderen Hotel etwas weiter weg, das war etwas verwirrend, aber soweit ok. Personal freundlich und bemüht, Zimmer geräumig und modern, mit Balkon.

L'hôtel Krone budget est une annexe de l'hôtel Krone qui en ce mois de novembre était fermé pour cause de vacances. Au départ, difficile de trouver cette annexe qui se situe dans le bâtiment du club d'enfants. J'ai dû téléphoner au numéro de ma réservation pour savoir où je devait faire de chek-inn (pas de réception). On m'a envoyé dans un autre hôtel, me disant qu'une enveloppe serait à mon nom à la réception. 2ème hôtel(aussi fermé en novembre), pas de réceptionniste et aucune enveloppe à mon nom. J'ai télephoné à nouveau et une personne d'un 3ème hôtel(ouvert) est venue m'aider. Une heure pour faire le check-inn. La chambre elle même est pour le prix "budget"très convenable et propre , le matelas confortable, rien à redire. Par contre l'accès(via la garderie infantine) sentait mauvais et n'était pas agréable. Je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel quand le Krone officiel sera fermé (rien n'était indiqué dans la réservation)et ne disposera que de chambre dans l'annexe. Le petit déjeuner(très bien) était servi dans le 3ème hôtel. Pour le check out, c'est cet hôtel qui s'en ai occupé. D'abord, la facture était entière, j'ai montré ma réservation hotel.com comme quoi j'avais déjà payé. Ensuite le montant de la taxe était supérieur à celui d'hotel com. La réceptioniste m'a dit que ma réservation était sur "expedia"et non hotel.com🤔. Finalement elle a accepté le montant inscrit sur ma réservation. Très compliqué tout ça.

Günstige Übernachtung im Zentrum Lenks
Krone Budget bedeutet, im Nebengebäude des Hotels, über dem Kids Club, einfache Ausstattung, dafür günstig. Man darf die Annehmlichkeiten wie das Hallenbad, Spa des Haupthauses benützen, auch das leckere Frühstücksbüffet nimmt man dort ein. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ideale Lage im Zentrum.
