"I am still at the hotel when I arrived late last night could not find parking so I had to leave my car at the mouth of the hotel just before you get to the hotel because there was no parking and they charge me €3:60 taxes and I thought it was already been charged and added to the hotel room in the room price , and in the room can anyone tell me what it means (free mini bar) because it’s only a small empty fridge in the room And I picked it because I thought it is near the town centre of Hamburg but it’s not the nearest anything is 20 minutes away it’s a hotel in A or B road and could not have a coffee or anything as there no such things in the room and I definitely made a mistake choosing this place "

"This has been a "Go to" property for us. It is great value for the money. It is getting a bit "Tired". The staff is always great. Restaurant and shopping are near by. You can easily walk to the train station and ride into Hamburg on the Metronom train. "

"Lovely stay, room is a bit basic but everything else we loved. Not all staff speak English but we still loved it and had some good laughs trying to communicate. Food and beers were fantastic, would stay again"
