Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and beds were top notch. I travel often and the beds were the best ive slept on in awhile. 3 min away from the Oak Park Mall. Across the street from costco and 13 minutes away from Ikea. I will definitely stay here again.

The individual who I spoke on the phone with and also who I met at the front desk was very kind and friendly. Very enjoyable to have a conversation with. The room was nice, only thing was the bed had little to no cushioning but still not bad enough that I wouldn’t sleep there again.

Our beds had broken springs on one side and there was a large hole basically. So very uncomfortable. Other than that the rooms were nice and clean. The hotel was quiet and updated.

Good property and staff. Only concern is accessible rooms are not fully accessible. Beds are too tall. Door to restroom is very difficult for disabled person to open. Temperature control not accessible.

I’m giving this a four out of five stars. The facility was great. The mattress that we slept on, felt like elephants had been walking on it. Had two massive holes in the springs and was very uncomfortable. You had to run the shower for about five minutes in order to get hot water. Which, they admitted they had a problem. Other than that, the state was great.

Property was right off the high & less than a mile from mall. There were several dining options within minutes of the hotel. I usually stay at marriot hotels but was very pleased with my first holiday inn stay as it was by far the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. Will be staying here again if ever in the area.
