"Lovely location and the staff were also very friendly and positive. The three biggest drawbacks were that the pool was quite dirty, with a large number of bugs on the bottom, and the setup around the pool was scaled down from the pictures on the site, the breakfast was quite limited (fresh croissants on one of 3 days) and the wifi wouldn't work in our room, we had to go outside to use it. The location was close to perfect if you have a car. Easy drive to Assisi and good day trips in the surrounding area (Spello, etc.)."

"The hotel is excellent. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. The a/c was not cool enough for August. The desk clerk arranged a taxi for us to dinner and the taxi returned exactly on time. The breakfast was very good and abundant. Comfortable bed and very nice clean bathroom. The city #1 bus leaves the train station and takes you to Agora bus stop directly in front of the hotel in a few minutes. Buy tickets in the train station bar. The bus does not run at night. The Old Town was further away than we anticipated, and the walk there is longer than expected. "
