Lovely, conveniently located property with easy access to one of the best beaches in the island, Mushroom Bay. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Friendly staff on hand to cater to needs. Can’t fault this quiet laid back retreat.

Coming from a five star hotel the previous night we may have been a little distracted by the smaller bed and humble room but the staff and the personal vibe more than made up for that! We loved our stay here and will definitely return.

November in Castaway
We had a wonderful quiet stay at Castaway for 10 nights late October - early November 2022, it's just a few mins walk from the ferry, the staff were very friendly and attentive, the free breakfast until 11:00 was a good bonus, the pool and accommodation were a very good standard, easy access to restaurants, shops, scooter hire, supermarkets...i recommend this as a great place to stay on Lembongan

Really enjoyed our stay here. Property was super cute & a few minutes walk from the best swimming beach on the island. Loved the relaxing vibe. There were a few negatives, mainly being the cleanliness. As the photos online were so amazing, I was a little bit disappointed. In saying that, If these little things were fixed I would give it a 5/5 and wouldn’t hesitate to go back. - mould on the bed canopy. As you look up when in bed, I could see big spots of mould. Knowing that the canopy doesn’t get cleaned, I had to keep moving it behind the bed as I didn’t like my kids touching it. - the hammock (brown one) outside our room had a huge spot of mould/stain. - lounge chair outside was filthy. I wouldn’t use it unless I had my sarong covering over it. - no where to hang wet pool towels & they don’t get replaced. I resorted to putting our dining chairs in the walkway with our towels over them so they got some sun. - walls are crumbling and there was a hole right next to the bed where the bedside table is. - area under & behind the bed had very thick dust and needs a deep clean including the bed frame. I still loved the place but these small things that could easily be fixed would make this place amazing.

Sehr schönes Hotel auf Nusa Lembongan. Die Boho vibes und die Dekoration hat mir besonders gut gefallen. In Zimmer fehlt meiner Meinung nach ein Ganzkörper Spiegel. Ansonsten hätte das Frühstück etwas üppiger sein können. Ich konnte aus einer Auswahl an Frühstücken wählen, z. B. Bowl und dazu gab es einen Fruchtsaft. Ein paar frische, aufgeschnittene Früchte und/oder ein Stück Gebäck hätten noch dazu gegeben werden können.

Place was nice and cosy, staff were very helpful to call and arrange for pick ups. Breakfast was also delicious. Only complaint was that the shower was erratic and didn't have hot water at times.

A great small resort close to the beach and AtTMs and cafes. The staff were lovely and helpful with tour information and our room was cleaned daily. The pool was a good size and clean. My only complaint was the live music playing every night directly across the road until 10.00pm but other than that was a great stay and would stay here again.

Die Angestellten sind wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und höflich. Das Frühstück wird direkt auf die Veranda gebracht und man fühlt sich einfach nur wohl. Die Betten werden täglich gemacht, die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, Kaffee steht jederzeit zur Verfügung und und und. Es ist eine kleine Oase, sehr zentral gelegen. Zum Strand und den wunderschönen lokalen maximal 15 Minuten. Auch gegenüber sehr schönes Freiuftlokal mit open Air Musik. Der Leiter der Unterkunft hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben und uns für Bali in Ubud eine grandiose Taxifahrerempfehlung für tägliche Tripps Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen und würden diese sofort wieder buchen.
