Her warm hospitality and professionalism stood out, especially when we had specialized requests . She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and comfortable, handling every detail with care and a genuine smile. Her assistance set the tone for a truly enjoyable experience. The rooms were very pleasant – spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The beds were comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the room provided a perfect retreat after a busy day exploring the city. The hotel’s location is another standout feature. Situated in a convenient area, it’s close to several halal food options, which was a great advantage for us. I highly recommend the Crowne Plaza Foshan for its excellent service, well-appointed rooms, and strategic location. A special thanks again to Jessie Shen for making our visit so memorable!"
