"This cute older home is in a quiet residential neighborhood right across the street from Lake Chicot. It was just what my husband and I were looking for. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The house was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and watching the sun rise over Lake Chicot. Occasionally, we have had trouble with older homes having an "old house smell", but this house smelled fine. The only issue we had was that the air conditioners...
