"The hotel could do with some maintenance. Pros:1. Electrcity was on 24/7 except for a couple hours during the weekend 2. AC works 3. There was hot water. 4. Flat screen tv works but only 3 channels. Cons: 1. Pool water was green and full of algae. 2. WiFi doesn't work 3. Only 2 out of 4 lights in the room were working. No lights in the stairway were working. 5. The insulted my partner by telling him he didn’t have the right to select breakfast choices. The had the security lock him in and demanded payment that was already made through Expedia. There was hair in the food! "

"They change the location of the property. They post different property. The room is dirty . The water is not rushing , there’s no cleaner to clean . The pillows are very hard , they don’t have breakfast they want to charge me and they put free breakfast in the booking. The service is very bad and poor "

"Stayed at Le Real Hotel for 7 days, while the room was manageable, the comfort level was not. The free breakfast was bland, the same egg and slice of toasted read every morning. Only one towel in the bathroom and no AC in the bathroom so you are forced to shower in heat. The tv in the room is very tiny and you are limited to just 6 channels.
