"Great property. Travelling from Canada, we drove from Copenhagen to Nyborg and decoded to stay here for the night. The staff was very friendly, offered to make us a reservation, and front desk is operational 24 hours a day. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean and soft. The wayer pressure in the bathroom was great and the body was really nice: wish i bought a bottle. No shampoo or conditioner. Shower was small but didn't matter to me. Dorect beach acces, great view of the belt...

"This hotel says it is 4 star hotel. I would definitely not agree. The location is beautiful nature area near the water but the property is in serious need of attention. The immense amount of cobwebs in the pergola covered walking areas and dead vegetation in the gardens was frankly depressing and creepy. The carpet was in need of replacement 20 years ago easily. No A/C in Denmark is normal but what I don't understand is, if you KNOW everyone will have to open the windows, why wouldn't they have...

"The absolute worst accommodation I have ever experienced. Wooden cabins full of dust and dirt, old mattresses full of dust and never cleaned, lots of ants all over the cabin, couldn't get rid of them. The upper floor is climbed by a very steep ladder, absolutely unsuitable for the safety of children. No beds upstairs, only mattresses on the floor. Stale air. Nevermore."

"Reservation said lock box information would be provided - I thought I would get an email. Maybe add on reservation that there is an intercom system at front door available at all times and instructions will be provided. Worked great and hotel was convenient. Thanks. "

"Endnu et godt ophold på Svanegården. Der er lige præcis det der skal være, ikke mere eller mindre. Fine værelser, hyggelig opholdsstue med Danmarks bedste snack buffet! OBS: Der er ingen morgenmad, men der er fine chokoladeboller, frugt og kaffe i snackbaren, som ganske fint kan gøre det ud for morgenmad. Jeg kommer helt sikkert igen. "

"Musholm Bugt Feriecenter had double booked, which meant they did not have a room for us when we arrived. They had sent us an email late in the afternoon telling us about the situation, which we had not seen upon arrival. In the email, which we only read later, Musholm took responsibility for the double booking, but when we talked to them they blamed it on hotels.com (which was not true). The only help they provided us were recommendations which other hotels to approach at 9pm. Naturally, that...
