Stylish well-being apartment close to the center

We offer you a spacious, newly renovated 4-room apartment, especially for larger groups & families right next to the university clinic at the Bavarian train station. The apartment is on the top floor of a 3-storey house. There is no lift. Access to the house is only possible for residents and guests with the appropriate key. The spacious apartment is equipped with flat-screen TVs in the bedrooms and a very well-equipped kitchen: sufficient crockery and cutlery, dishwasher, refrigerator with a freezer, maxi-toaster and kettle, as well as a basic set of sugar, salt, pepper, oil, tea and coffee are available. Tea towels, dishcloths or Sponges, kitchen rolls and cleaning agents are also available. The dining room with the long table invites you to sit together extensively. There is also a bathroom with a modern shower, hairdryer and soft hand and bath towels as well as a children's room with toys. A baby bed and a high chair are available. According to the previous reviews you will find the best price-performance ratio in Leipzig. A spacious hallway with a comfortable couch invites you to linger. There are three bedrooms with a total of 10 beds and 2 desks. If necessary, separate mattresses can be provided for two additional people (i.e. a total of 12 beds). Chest of drawers and hangers are provided.

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet. Pure Gemütlichkeit und viele Platz. Tolle Lage, man war schnell in der Innenstadt und konnte auch mit den Rädern super Ausflüge machen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Wohnung im Zentrum der Stadt
Uns hat der Aufenthalt hier gut gefallen, war nur zu kurz. Das Zentrum, der Zoo usw. sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar, ansonsten fährt der Nahverkehr auch direkt vor der Tür ab. die Wohnung ist toll - genug Platz für alle!
