Your are on your own
Rooms are large and inexpensive relatively speaking. However, we were evacuated from the hotel for one night due to the discovery of a bomb in a neighboring property. The hotel did nothing to find an alternative for the night and did not reimburse for the night when their hotel was not available. Even if they didn't want to pay for the extra expense, they could have at least called around to neighboring hotels to see if there were rooms available and what the rates were. Overall, the attitude was 'you are on your own'. Since we were evacuated late at night without warning, I expected more consideration. Otherwise, we rented for a week. Housekeeping was supposed to come once, which they didn't. Traffic was loud at night, and the construction site next door was noisy during the day. It is an older building and beautifully restored, with high ceilings and wooden banisters and doors. It could have been fun but it wasn't.

Gef þessu íbúðahóteli mín allra bestu meðmæli. Frábær staðsetning nálægt miðbænum og stórum almenningsgarði. Allt í göngufæri. Vorum þarna í rúmar þrjár vikur og hefðum vel getað hugsað okkur að vera lengur. Starfsfólk einstaklega vinalegt og hjálpsamt. Þrif (tvisvar í viku) til mikillar fyrirmyndar. Allur húsbúnaður góður. Það eina sem kemur í veg fyrir 100% einkunn er að það er kominn tími á að mála stofu og forstofu. Toppstaður.

.. wir hatten eine schönes gemütliches Apartment. Man hörte zwar die Kinderlaufschritte des oberen Apartments, aber das störte uns nicht. da es selten war.

Zentrale Lage direkt an Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Unkomplizierte Rezeption. Alle erforderlichen Küchenutensilien vorhanden (sogar Eierbecher). Geräumiges Schlafzimmer und Bad. Appartment barrierefrei mit Lift und flachem Duscheinstieg. Zimmer etwas hellhörig/ nicht trittschallgedämpft. Baustelle direkt am Haus, was aber nur morgens etwas gestört hat.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral im Zentrum von Leipzig das Haus ist gepflegt und sauber. Sehr gut. Die Straße ist recht laut, aber dafür ist man ja auch in der Großstadt.

Sehr gemütlich !! Ruhig, wenn Nachbar-Baustelle feiertags ruht. Alltags? Küchenausstattung für 4 Personen reicht grade aus. Bodenfliesen im Bad lockern sich. Nette Leute am Empfang im Haus gegenüber! Service (Hausmeister) sehr flott. Insgesamt: TOP !!!

Praktisch, ruim en rustig, goed verzorgd.
Ligging van het appartementencomplex is heel praktisch: vlak bij Leipzig Hauptbahnhof en nog dichter bij de binnenstad en een groot winkelcentrum. In de receptie in pand met huisnummer 4 is altijd iemand aanwezig. Dezelfde card geeft toegang tot het pand en het appartement. Pand met huisnummer 3 is goed gerenoveerd, o.a. met een lift. Bij dichte ramen had ik nagenoeg geen geluid van buiten en evenmin hoorde ik iets van medebewoners. Appartement was schoon en zag er verzorgd uit, schoonmaak 2 x per week. Pantry is geschikt voor het maken van eenvoudige warme maaltijden met goed keukengerei. Ruime en praktisch ingerichte badkamer, slaapkamer met goed tweepersoons bed, voldoende loopruimte en voldoende bergruimte. Gelijkmatige temperatuur in het appartement; woonkamer met aparte eethoek en zithoek, in alle ruimten goede verlichting; beveiligde en stabiele Wifi.

Wir haben aufgrund von Umbauarbeiten ein Zimmer im Haupthaus bekommen und es war richtig schön. Sauber und total gemütlich. Behindertengerechtes Zimmer also auch für diese Menschen perfekt geeignet. Zentrumsnah, alles was wir wollten sehr gut zu Fuß erreicht.
