Entering the lobby from outside was easy. They had an elevator that worked great. And the room itself was easy to navigate. The front desk employees are just outstanding! Friendly, efficient, and they helped us in so many ways. Truly wonderful people! The room was EXACTLY like it is shown online! And so clean! Excellent job of making us feel like we were at home. When I come back to the Karlsruhe area, this will be my place to stay!"
