The property is very clean and neatly kept. Rooms feel very cosy and comfortable. The only reason i did not give 5 stars is because there is only 1 toilet/bathroom to share amidst 3 or 4 rooms which i think it's the nature of the property though.

Home like experience very safe.
Over all good experience. I was looking for a place which includes kitchen and washing facilities. The only downside is shared washroom which is upstairs. There is only one bedroom downstair gold room. The thing I didn’t like was carpeted floors. Land lady Portia is wonderful person. The Place was near where I wanted to be for my course. Had a wonderful time would recommend.

I will not recommend. The photos are deceiving. The room is so tiny. Better pay an extra £5 and stay in another hotel, and make yourself comfortable.

Festival sleeping spot,
Functional place to stay for a few nights whilst we were at a festival. Friendly welcome. Facilities seemed fine, but we didn't really use much of them. Bed VERY Soft - not giving the back support for real comfort. May come again.
