"The staff went above and beyond to fullfil all my needs. The temperature in the room was rather cold (very cold weather outside) and I couldn't figure out how the air con works. The receptionist listened to me carefully and then then sent someone to only adjust the temperature in the room but left an additional heating unit in my room should if I need it. the only reason I gave 4 starts for comfort was the noise from outside. The location is central and I had a wonderful view from my room. It...

"The front desk staff was very nice, and the property was very clean and beautiful. The area was quiet residential area which was good for us. Only one small thing is my sister's and mom's cosmetics disappeared from their luggage. Besides that, the hotel is superb."
