HOUSE RULES:
Parties and loud music are NOT PERMITTED at this property. Any disturbances caused will result in a penalty fee.
Smoking is NOT PERMITTED at this property. A fine of £150 for a specialist cleaning will be charged if smoking occurs inside the property.
A replacement fee of £100 will be charged for any lost keys which covers the cost of new keys and lock changes if necessary.
Please note, this is a historic building with traditional swipe-to-the-top windows. Due to the nature of these windows, we do not allow children at the property for safety reasons.
