➞ Any disturbances caused will result in a £250 penalty fee.
➞ A replacement fee of £100-£300 will be charged for any lost keys.
➞ Any unauthorised guests staying or extra unauthorised bed use will be charged £30-£50 per person per night.
➞ The property is professionally maintained and cleaned immediately after every guest checks out.
