"I absolutely loved the staff. They were so kind and accommodating. We had to leave earlier than the breakfast would be ready the following day - and they went out of their way to wrap up some goodies for us to bring with us upon exit! Also, they apply ALOT of effort to keep the walkway and stairs safe - which is NOT easy during Geneseo winters! We will definitely be staying again soon!"

The host is very nice, and everything onsite is as advertised. I hesitate to even review this property for fear that after it is discovered, availability for my own future rentals may be limited! "Nice place in a good location for us. We stayed over New Years Eve, and it was very cozy even though it was cold out. Big enough for family to stop by for the evening and spend some time. Quick drive to Letchworth to hike. Instant hot water heater is nice for showering. Electric blankets on the bed we loved also. Kitchen is a bit under stocked, but we ordered pizza and wings from Daryl's. Decor of Barn wood with early industrial fixtures fits the cottage well, the modern art is an interesting add. Jennifer was easy to work with and responsive. Overall, a good value and we would stay again."
