"Hier hat alles gestimmt. Tolles, gut ausgestattetes Haus in absolut ruhiger Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Herr Oncken hat sich, telefonisch erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. So einen bemühten, freundlichen Vermieter haben wir selten erlebt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

The cottage is quite old inside and is in need of updating and modernising. We heard mice in the bedroom but this is to be expected as the house is in woodland. Overall a pleasent stay."

There is no door between the two bedrooms, just a staircase, which means no privacy. The bathroom is an en-suite off bedroom two on the top floor, so can only be accessed through that bedroom at night. Not great. It did spoil our stay. "Alles wat je voor een verblijf nodig hebt is er. Open hard en sauna hebben we niet uitgeprobeerd want - het was augustus! Het huis is heel rustig door de ligging in het bos. Af en toe hoor je een specht of zie je een eekhoorntje in de tuin. Fantastisch om bij te komen of als uitvalbasis voor wandelingen en uitstapjes in de prachtige omgeving. Zwemmen kan vlakbij in een openluchtzwembad. Dit huis is absoluut een aanrader!"
