"We enjoyed our stay it was a quiet and safe area of Puerto Rico very private. The renovations took away from the experience, of course. But nothing that truly mattered. They are making updates. So we are sure it will look exceptional. Clean, very well maintained and decorated. The beach was confusing to get to via GPS. But we eventually got there and enjoyed our time. Thanks. "The Beach Pad was perfect for me and my son who loves to surf. The suite was immaculate, chic decor, cozy bed and very spacious. Check in was a breeze with dedicated parking. Beach is down the block and centrally located to many restaurants and activities in the area including the supermarket and laundry mat. Having beach gear was handy including an umbrella and cooler! The private patio was great for breakfast and made the space bigger including the roof deck on the one day it rained to cool us...

"The pros are: It’s really close to the beach, the beds are comfortable, it’s relatively clean, spacious house with breathtaking view, air conditioning throughout, nice gazebo. Cons: WiFi signal only works in the middle room, It was very difficult finding the property since GPS doesn’t accurately track."

"This was a nice sized house for our family. It had a decent kitchen, and a nice outdoor area in the back. But the location was the best part of this stay. It was less than a five minute walk to the bay for excursions, restaurants, and shopping. It was also only a ten minute drive or so to get to a grocery store. The owners were also super responsive. It was a great stay for our family!"

"This condo was excellent- better than it looks in the photos! Clean, with comfy furniture and nice kitchen. There were beach towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards which made it so easy to enjoy the beach! Five minute drive to surfing, ten to a great swimming beach. And a short walk to all the Rindon restaurants. "

"Beautiful little home just outside the town of Rincón. Just a short few minute drive to the town center, this place was perfect for our family group of nine people stay for 2 days while visiting the area. The air conditioning worked great in all of the bedrooms. There were also towels and beach toys for us to utilize while there. Loved this spot!"

"I stayed here in April 2025 with my wife, 3 young kids, and my wife's parents. The condo was very clean and the location was convenient - an easy 15 minute walk to the beach past some restaurants/bars (shout-out to El Cabo for it's outside seating where my 8yo could play on the sand while we waited - food was okay). There's a really nice rooftop terrace as well as a little patio off the living room. The shared pool is very close, in sight of the front door but not so close I was worried about...

"Everything was great, the rooftop viewing area is being worked on which didn't diminish the beautiful view of the beach. Aguada was perfect for me, restaurants near by, a short drive to Rincón, Crash Boat Beach and my favorite, local bars and nice people. Milly, the cleaning person is the absolute best! She called to make sure I know about the tsunami warning we had, she actually cared though not part of her job I'm sure. I would definitely come back."
