"The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel amenities are very efficient and effective, and the view of the mountains from the top two floors - is just fantastic. Had a bit of a medical emergency, and the hotel had no immediate response. They did not know how to call a doctor, but they did provide a car to take me to the hospital next-door but did not offer the car service to come back."

The buffet breakfast was also very ordinary. We learnt many other people were also having food poisoning after talking to some people that morning. Staff is good. The food area could be kept cleaner"
