"This is a lovely little apartment. We particularly enjoyed the location - close to the main square/beach/restaurants etc, but also it felt very 'Italian', it is a very pretty and historic part of town. The apartment itself is fine (it had not been cleaned when we got there, but perhaps we had got our timing confused). There were a few minor wear and tear issues (torn shower curtain etc), but overall it is a very functional and well equipped place - we were particularly grateful for the beach...

"This property was wonderful! Perfect location away from the touristy areas but easy to walk to the train station, city centre and harbour. La Spezia was a great little city. "We had a wonderful week with our 2 children here. The house has a fantastic view of the sea and is located on a quiet private road so it felt very safe and secluded. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the terrace was a great place for meals with a view. The local towns of Lavagne and Sestri Levante provided plenty of shops and restaurants and we were able to do a boat trip to Portofino and a day trip to Lucca in Tuscany. Highly recommended. We will return!"

"La casetta è molto carina e c’è una bella vista dal patio del mare. La cucina ha tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. Valeria è molto gentile. Lei faceva le prenotazioni ai ristoranti per noi. "La maison est située sur les hauteurs de Moneglia. Vue magnifique sur le village de San Saturnino, la campagne et la mer. Le lieu est très calme, très agréable. La maison est située à 5 min en voiture de la mer (ne pas prévoir d’y aller à pied). Possibilité croisière Cinque Terre au départ de Moneglia.
