Comfortable spanish country house with a wonderful terrace and amazing bay views

This house in Spanish country house style is longed on the bay side by a spacious terrace and offers a wonderful view over the marina and the bay of Arcachon. There are ample garden furniture, a comfortable dining area, additional seating areas, sun loungers and an electric barbecue. This is an ideal place to relax!

The house is simple and spacious and is divided into two wings, in the middle of which you’ll find the rustic living room, with dining table, sofa, fireplace and TV. In the one wing of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed 1.60m and a private bathroom with toilet and bathtub. In the second wing of the house there are 2 more bedrooms with exit to the terrace (one bedroom with double bed 1.40m and one bedroom with double bed 1.40m and a single bed), 1 small bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

The house is situated in a quiet residential area overlooking the marina of La Vigne - Cap Ferret. Via wooden stairs between the Avenue de Merlot and the Avenue de la Vigne you’ll get to the harbor and a beautiful bay beach in only a few minutes. Distance: 500m to the bay, 400m to bike path, approx. 3 km to the ocean, approx. 4 km to Cap Ferret.
