"Absolutely perfect location ,close to Sparta and Mystras . Property located in oranges orchard with beautiful view of mountains. The only one minus- shower /toilet combo, which is very small.There is no front desk, to get key instruction you have to call owner.But view was worth it!"

"Wonderful location across the road from beautiful rocky beaches. Fabulous for swimming and snorkeling. The unit was comfortable and clean and it was good having a small kitchen. Our only concern was that they should better equip the apartment— It needs a cooking pot, a dish towel (rather than having to use paper towels to dry the dishes), a light blanket, bigger sheets to fit the bed, more than one roll of toilet paper and some clothes pins. "Our appartment was super clean. The view from our balcony was stunning. We had a balcony all around the apartment overlooking Koroni area. Sofia is very friendly. She answered our requests as soon as we addressed them. Our AC broke at night and the next morning it was fixed. The only missing item I found in this appartment is a microwave. "The property features 4 independent homes with beautiful balconies with some views of the sea. The homes are newer and the beds/linens were all very clean and comfortable. All appliances worked well and the A/C was a relief in the summer heat. 10 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute walk to the historic town. We would highly recommend staying here for your next trip to Koroni."

"What can I say......wonderful hosts, wonderful house and wonderful Koroni. Me and my partner loved our stay from start to finish. Fida and Chris are amazing hosts. The house is just beautiful, comfy bed and lovely shower. we also enjoyed using the outdoor shower. We had everything we needed and more! "Great stay, close to everything and nice short walk from there to main town. Manager was very nice, as were the cleaning staff, everything was modern and well maintained, bed was very comfortable and having washing machine and dryer on site was a great help."
