LOCATION
Located in an elevated position providing stunning views of Scorpios and the other small islands of Lefkada, Villa Ilaira, is an elegant stone-built house that blends beautifully into the surrounding environment.

Villa Ilaira is in an ideal location providing easy access to the small harbor town of Nydri, which is only a 20 minute walk away. The villa is also close to the picturesque pebble beach of Pasa, which is only 800m away and can easily be reached on foot within 20 minutes in the opposite direction from Nydri. Although we recommend to rent a car, due to the fact that the villa is located uphill and it will not be easy to return to the villa on foot. In addition, having a car will give you the opportunity to discover the beautiful Lefkada island!

Despite its proximity to Nydri, this eco-friendly villa benefits from a quiet hillside position, nestled amongst old olive trees that were preserved to enhance its gardens and blend seamlessly into the surrounding hill.

POOL
Villa Ilaira boasts one of the longest private pools on the island with a total length of 15 metres (50 feet) which makes it ideal for swimming laps and it also benefits from being heated during the cooler months of May and October.

BEDROOMS
The villa itself consist of four en-suite bedrooms that can accommodate up to eight guests. All bedrooms are elegantly furnished with bespoke solid iroko wood furniture and natural textured fabrics. Three of the bathrooms offer a walk-in shower and the fourth has a comfortable bathtub and all four feature a powerful rain shower.

GROUND FLOOR
The ground floor features a bright open plan space gracefully furnished, that opens on to a very large terrace for dining and relaxing. All these areas make the most of the breathtaking views that the villa has to offer.

OUTDOORS
Other outdoor areas include a bbq area, immaculately kept gardens, and a stone-paved garden terrace from where guests can sit and enjoy the views under the shade of olive and citrus trees.

Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitos, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.

Fantastic villa
This is a beautiful villa with the best views we’ve ever had on a holiday. Large comfortable living space, spotlessly clean, all with the amazing views, and a very big outside shaded terrace for eating and relaxing which we used every day. You can walk into Nydri in about 20-25 mins but we got taxis home in the evening as the walk up the hill is pretty steep and would be tough in the heat. Taxis are easy to find. Staff were very helpful and friendly and kept in contact before we arrived and during our stay. They recommended car hire and boat hire for us too. Highly recommend this villa without hesitation.

FABULOUS VILLA ILAIRA
We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Ilaira - fantastic view, beautiful, very comfortable well located villa where everything worked really well. Generous, thoughtful and delicious welcome package of fresh fruit etc and basic condiments really appreciated. Easy 10 min walk down the hill to pretty little beach - gorgeous crystal clear water and easy enough walk back up hill. No issues whatsoever. Excellent kitchen and outdoor bbq. Stunning pool, incredibly comfortable villa as per description, beds, dining chairs, sun beds super comfortable. Lefkada Rentals who we booked through were super efficient, charming and helpful. They made great recommendations and arrangements for car hire, and speed and sailing boat hire companies too. We had the best time and would love to return next year. We would highly recommend!

Ilaria/ heaven in Lefkada
Villa Ilaria is absolutely beautiful, excellent for our family trip this summer; particularly good for the stunning views and outside space (easily comfortable enough for 7 guests). The villa was comfortable, a few maintenance niggles were sorted almost as soon as we put the phone down to report them, and the BBQ/ outdoor dining area was a gorgeous way to enjoy the fabulous nighttime views over the bay. Nearby Nidri has a good selection of restaurants and supermarkets, and local water sports facilities were also well-run and easily accessible.

The villa is stunning and the views are amazing. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We were a party of two families and had more than enough space. All 4 bedrooms faced out to the sea. The outdoor area was spacious and immaculate. The pool was spotlessly clean as was the whole house. One little thing it lacked was a sound system but that’s all. Would love to go back was very near to nidri. Would highly recommend

Stunning!
Beautiful villa, fantastic location, views to die for, amazing pool, spacious and well equipped. Can't recommend it enough. Everyone at Lefkada Holiday Rentals were absolutely fabulous being helpful and accommodating with any requests we made. Will definitely be back and use them again.

Villa bei Nidri
Die Aussicht von allen Zimmern ist grandios und die Villa ist sehr groß. Auf der riesigen Terrasse hält man sich gerne auf und genießt den eigenen sehr langen Pool. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, nur die Zufahrt ist eine kleine Herausforderung, da der Weg nicht komplett befestigt ist. Bei starkem Regen ist die Fahrt von und zu der Villa ein kleines Abenteuer, aber war machbar. Unser Wunsch, den Pool zu heizen wurde sofort erfüllt und auch sonst bekamen wir alle Wünsche erfüllt. Es war das Rundum-Sorglospaket. Also alles perfekt und wir würden die Villa jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
