"We enjoyed the resort very much, we plan on returning next year. I have a lot of trouble walking and it is a HUGE place, however they did supply wheelchairs which was great. Before arriving i had asked three times for a room near the elevator, we were given the last room of a hallway after being promised we would get a room close to the elevator. "Last year we had a good experience, but this year we didn’t have the best experience. At the front desk we had an attendant that was not very personable. She didn’t activate our key cards to get in our room and we had to go back to the front desk. The food was cold from the buffet, we play cards at night on the patio off our room and the outside light didn’t work we had to call maintenance twice. "No complaints! Hotel was nice, staff was great. 5$-7$ will get you to palm or eagle beach. It is walkable if you would like to also. Great stay. They do have a resort fee."
