This quaint and beautiful 1400 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, 2 bath log cabin is located on Lake Murray in Leesville, SC. There's also a loft for added accommodations sleeps 5-6 in loft. Only 30 minutes from Columbia Airport, it is convenient to both Columbia, SC and Augusta, GA. And the Augusta National! It would make the perfect getaway for Spring Break, a Holiday , a honeymoon or a family vacation. 6 Kayaks included. Great dock & gazebo. Plenty of room to dock your personal boat at the Cabin. One block to a boat landing. A wonderful place to Vacation! Fire pit for cool night fire. 🔥 s'mores anyone? Rent a pontoon just around the corner from the cabin. The sunsets are phenomenal. Fantastic stay!! We spent most of our week out on the dock swimming and cooking. Interior was nice and clean. Kathy is a excellent host and was available to answer any and all questions!!

Sunset Cabin

What a lovely cabin! We had plenty of room for our 9 family members and enjoyed the cozy atmosphere for evening charades. The dock was perfect and the kayaks were enjoyed by all. We would definitely stay again.

Great location on Lake Murray. Cute house that could fit all 8 of us, but a little challenging cooking and prepping within the smaller space. However, this was expected and did not take away from the experience. Would stay again.

End of summer getaway

This cabin was perfect. Roomy and clean, well thought out space. Location was great on the lake and everyone had fun.Sunsets were nice and we relaxed and floated and fished.

Great cabin on the lake

We loved our weekend staying at this property! The cabin was fun to stay in, clean, fully stocked with anything you may need during your stay! The lake was fabulous! The whole group enjoyed using the kayaks, swimming from the dock and roasting s’mores around the campfire. We loved Lake Murray and will be back soon!

Cozy Rustic Cabin

We had such a great time! The cabin is so cozy & inviting. The beds are super comfortable & it is clean & has everything you can possibly need. It has all the necessary amenities, great views & an awesome fire pit. It is peaceful & serene. Great place to go & get away!

Great Place!

This is the most adorable cabin on the lake! Our family loved staying here! The cabin was very comfortable with all amenities. We had plenty of space, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, nice dock and wonderful views of the lake. The boat launch was around the corner at a marina with boat rentals available. We had a fun time and our teens are asking to go back! We hope to do it again soon!

Great Lake House

Three generations piled in for a USC graduation. Cabin was well provisioned. Great porches - two levels. Dock was perfect for swimming and fishing. No complaints at all.

Wonderful place! Very clean and perfect for kids!

The owners have done a great job furnishing this great cabin on the lake. All the little things that a rental never has they have provided which made our say easier. The kids loved the kayaks and fishing off the dock, the parents loved the fire pit and the gazebo on the lake. We will be back soon. This is a wonderful place and great location.

Great memories

This house was perfect for our vacation. The kids had a blast swimming and using the kayaks. Such a wonderful place to unwind. The house has plenty of room for sleeping. Although it seemed small from first glance it actually had plenty of room for our group of 8.. Very well organized and stocked. We all wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely book this house again!

Perfect Getaway!

Sunset Cabin was the perfect quick getaway from the real world. The cabin was cozy, comfortable and calming. We enjoyed fishing from the dock and sitting by the fire in the crisp autumn air. Kathy was always available to answer any questions or give advice on local restaurants. Thank you, Kathy, for that. Being able to stay an extra day was an added bonus. Great Lake Murray Stay for USC visit

We had a wonderful long weekend stay in this cute log cabin property on the water. We decided to visit our USC student and stay at the lake instead of in town and we did not regret it! It's a well appointed, clean, quiet property. We loved the dock, fire pit, and the pavilion by the water. Great for family and friends to hang out, relax, and enjoy. We even caught some good sized fish from the shore and the dock! Fun, fun! Thanks for allowing us to stay at your beautiful property!

Sunset Cabin!

Kathy was so easy to communicate with, the cabin is absolutely beautifully. My family enjoyed coffee on the deck every morning, kayaking and watching the turtles and alligator gar pop up to say hi! We attempted to fish but the turtles were smarter. We had one storm during our stay and we sat underneath the pier deck listening to the thunder roll I wish we were still there!

Great Spring Break at the Cabin

We picked Lake Murray on a whim and found the Sunset Cabin which is excellent. Kathyis super responsive and easy to connect with. The house is as pictured loft upstairs with plenty of space, a main bedroom on the main level with a sitting area and a fabulous porch. Downstairs is a great space for watching movies and chilling. Outside is fabulous all the things u need for lake life. Thanks for a great stay!

Spring Break

Nice location although a 20 min. drive to the closest grocery store. Lack of counter & cabinet space in the kitchen was a bit challenging for cooking & storing food. We were surprised by the amount of personal items in the cottage (toiletries, food in the refrigerator) . The sunsets really are amazing!

AWESOME TIME AT THE LAKE!

This cabin was so comfy and relaxing for us to stay....it can sleep 10 comfortably, but there were only 2 of us, for 2 nights, and 4 of us for the other two nights. The cabin was more than big enough for all of us to be comfortable! We fished all day from the dock one of the days, and it was awesome!!! We caught bream, perch...and a GAR!!! How fun and scary was that??? Anyway, the cabin was awesome, the property was awesome, and we are having another family gathering at the lake, and i will try to grab this place again - yes, it was that good!

Great spot on the lake!

We had a great stay at the Sunset Cabin, and it truly is a Sunset Cabin, wow what a sunset view! The location was great, so nice to have a marina literally right around the corner. The Cabin is located on deep water, with a nice dock easy to tie up to, plus a great boat house/gazebo to grab some shade...not much more to ask for. We spent most of our time on the back porch grilling and relaxing while enjoying the lake views and sunning on the dock and swimming around. Cabin was comfortable had just what we needed, overall was a wonderful time! And thank you to the owner Kathy for being very responsive to my questions. We truly enjoyed our stay.
